Easy to install, the TESSAN contact sensor provides a 0.4in/10mm sense to avoid error sensing, ensuring both sensors are less than 0.4 inches away. An alert notification will automatically be sent to you in 10 seconds once the sensor is triggered, making it ideal for use on the front door, window, baby room, garage, and more.

Offering hands-free voice control, the TESSAN WIFI garage sensor is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Simply give a voice command to check the open or close status, without the need to go down or pick up your phone. This saves operation time and makes your smart home life more convenient and easier.

Sync smart cameras and smart doorbells from the Smart Life app to receive video notifications when doors or windows open. You can also sync smart lights and smart switches to turn on/off or dim brightness when doors open, linking a variety of smart devices for comprehensive home automation.

Crafted with ABS material, the main body size is 75x25x20 mm, with a small body size of 36x10x17 mm. Powered by 2x AAA (Alkaline) batteries, the device offers a 1-year battery life (6000 times trigger) and an extremely low standby current of 8uA.

To create an Alexa routine, follow these steps: More->Select "Routines"->YOUR ROUTINES->Add "new routine"-> Select "When This Happens"->Select "Smart Home"->Choose Device" Smart Door Sensor"->Select "Close or Open"->Add action->Alexa Says.

If the smart door sensor cannot connect to the WIFI, check the number of devices connected to the WIFI router. When the number of devices exceeds the router's performance, the WIFI connection may become unstable or fail.

Even with a fast and stable network, the device latency may still be high if the cloud server is not able to cover the area where you live, causing a delay between the cloud server you need to access and your device.

The door sensor does not have a sound alarm, but it will send a message to your phone. You can choose the sound or vibration notification to receive alerts.
